Positive: The location is the only good thing. ITs 5 min walk from Dubai mall and from Burj Kalifa. Negative: The service is terrible. The response is sporadic, rather disengaged and with zero care. The ventilation is not working properly, there is a constant smell if cigaret smoke in the room from other units. The kitchen is stoked at random with not thought in mine.

10/10 Positive: Desde el primer momento la experiencia fue increíble. El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio, cuidado al detalle y con un ambiente muy acogedor. La cama era comodísima y pude descansar como en casa. La zona es tranquila, ideal para desconectar, pero al mismo tiempo bien comunicada para moverse fácilmente. El anfitrión fue amable, atento y súper profesional. Respondió rápido a cualquier duda y se aseguró de que no faltara nada durante toda la estancia. Se nota cuando alguien hace su trabajo con cariño. Las instalaciones superaron mis expectativas: todo moderno, funcional y exactamente como en las fotos (incluso mejor). Y algo que valoro mucho: ningún ruido, todo muy ordenado y con un nivel de limpieza de 10. En resumen: un alojamiento de calidad, buena ubicación, trato excelente y comodidad absoluta. Sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo al 100%.
