Studio Apartment right next to Dubai Mall

Positive: Appartamento pulito e confortevole. Supermercato accanto al palazzo. Dubai mall a 5 minuti a piedi. Negative: La tv non funzionava, ho informato l’host che dapprima dice che manda un tecnico poi che la tv va sostituita. Abbiamo lasciato l’appartamento e ancora non funzionava.

Positive: The location was very convenient. The host was very friendly and responsive to queries prior to the stay. Negative: The apartment was okay overall, but there were several issues that affected the stay. There was a noticeable strange smell throughout the unit, which made the space feel less fresh. Additionally, there was mould present in the bathroom, which was concerning from a hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance standpoint. The TV in the room also didn't work. I was charged 50 AED for “luggage storage,” but the luggage was kept in the owner’s personal apartment rather than a dedicated storage area, which was unexpected. With better ventilation, improved maintenance, and clearer service arrangements, the apartment could be much more comfortable.

Positive: في البداية استقبلونا واخذونا بتاكسي الى الموقع تماما دون تكاليف اضافية . كانت غرفة بها كل ما احتاجه . ونظيفة جدا ومناسبة وقريبة من أغلب الأماكن الحيوية يوجد متجر مواد غذائية يبعد 3 دقائق فقط به كل ما نحتاج دبي مول يبعد فقط 15 دقيقة مشيا على الأقدام لقد ذهبنا إليه دون ان نشعر بالوقت ان سأكرر التجربة ان سنحت لي الفرصة مره اخرى اشكر الجميع على حسن تعاملهم Negative: لا شيء كل شيء على مايرام والخدمة مناسبة كما ينبغي
