Negative: Hole in the bath , fire alarm hanging off the ceiling , bathroom ceiling half falling down, washing machine live cables, pushing in to socket, when you use washer drain water flooded back into the apartment through the local drain !The balcony door didn’t shut right they had road noise all night !! Only one plug in the kitchen so you had too unplug the fridge to used nothing else ! Access card didn’t work so I couldn’t always get in the back door of the pool or the gym ! Spoke to security about it they wasn’t interested. Helping making a formal complaint about this apartment.
