Positive: Удобное расположение для с фонтанами и Бурж Халифом. Рядом аптека, супер маркет и алко маркет.
Negative: Апартаменты уже довольно уставшие, ремонт делали давно. В ванной кран еле держится. Были непонятные инструкции по заселению. Балконная дверь не плотно прилегает и через нее слышно звуки дороги. Иногда долго ждали лифта, так как здание высокое, много людей живет.

Was not a great experience. the room and furniture looked very old. stayed for 1 night so bearable
Negative: They charged extra for parking vehicle. While receiving key it was mentioned that we need to pay DH. 50 extra for parking our vehicle. The parking space was assigned to the apartment so did not understand why did they charge separately. Whenever i have stayed in Dubai no one charged separately for parking.
