Stunning 2bed ACT1 next to Dubai mall Downtown

Terrible experience yellow chemical water cockroaches no ac maintenance no apartment maintenance no drainage maintenance Positive: Location / building Negative: The holiday home manager n the apartment condition very very bad

Positive: The apartment was excellent, spacious, and very comfortable—I highly recommend it for those who love large rooms. It is fully equipped, including a washing machine and a dishwasher Negative: The apartment was on the opposite side of the Burj Khalifa, so it wasn't clearly visible. The shower water was brown, and in one of the showers, the water didn't drain and got stuck on the floor.

7 and a 1/2 out of 10 as far as a holiday stay location Positive: Great location. Clean. Walkable to mall and grocery. Quick access for car transport pick up. Negative: At times, the water was rusty coming out of pipes. No balcony :(. Entrance cards did not work in order to access the building. Had to continuously rely on access from concierge. Pool area small and does not get sun.

Did not meet expectations Positive: Clean Negative: - Location on booking map is different than reality,, if I knew the exact location , I would not take it - No free transportation to airport was privided
